Spain, so far :)

On the Tuesday we arrived at Berga about two o'clock i think. Then I met my catalan friend Laura Figols. We went home to her house and had dinner. Then we went out and spend som time with other people. Then I sat by the computer and then I went to sleep. Yesterday (Wednesday) we went to the school. The school is very different from our school. Today (Thursday) we went to the school again. And we were at a cooike store were we could try to make cookies, but I didn't want to =) Then we had lunch. And after that I spned time with my friend Maria on the city. And thats pretty much it :P

Arenque en escabeche “Inlagd sill”

Recetas:

2 arenque islandia
2 zanahorias cortados en tiras
1 cebolla roja cortado en tiras
1 rábano picante cortado en tiras (un pedazo pequeno)
2 hojas de laurel
tomillo pequeño
Perejil azada grueso y eneldo


liquido:

11/2 decilitros ácido
11/2 decilitros agua
1/2 decilitros azúcar
2 lonchas de cebollas
1 cucharilla de toda la pimienta blanca
2 cucharilla de toda la pimienta de Jamaica

Limpiar y hacer filete dé arenque. Recoger cuidadoso y dejar filetes en agua 8-12 horas. Hervir el acido con el azúcar, la cebolla y la pimienta. Dejar el liqudio enfriar. Cortar las filetes en pedazos pequeños pongalas en un plato hondo. Echa el liquido encima. Decora con un poco de cebolla roja, zanahorias, rábano y pimienta blanca.
